How to get your own childhood sweethearts photo:

1. Find the photos you want to use.
2. Carefully put the photos into an envelope with your check in the amount of $52.50 and send them to Paul Essenfeld, 225 Palisado Avenue, Windsor CT 06095. Original photos will be returned with your Sweetheart Photo.
3. Be sure your name and return address is included so we can send your Sweetheart Photo and return your originals. Also please include your telephone number and/or email address so we can contact you if necessary.
